Hosts Bill Duff and Jason Chambers journey into the heart of Pradal Serey to perfect the vicious strikes of this brutal martial art in Cambodia.

Bred in dark jungles of Southeast Asia, Pradal Serey is a devastating striking art of bone shattering kicks and punches.

This ancient fighting art of the mysterious Angkor Empire, some argue that it's the forefather of modern Muay Thai.

It's little known outside Cambodia's borders.

Pradal Serey is an unarmed martial art from Cambodia. In Khmer the word pradal means fighting or boxing and serey means free. Originally used for warfare, pradal serey is now one of Cambodia's national sports. Its moves have been slightly altered to comply with the modern rules.
